- Account data: name, email, and password (passwords are stored hashed by our authentication provider).
- Content you create: resumes, cover letters, job applications, journal entries, and related career data.
- Usage data: feature usage, AI credit consumption, and basic device/log information.
- Payment data: processed by our payment provider (Razorpay). We do not store your full card details.
How we use your information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the service.
- To generate AI content you request. Prompts and relevant content are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) solely to produce your output.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To send transactional email (e.g. account and payment notifications).
- To secure the service and prevent abuse.
Sub-processors
We share data only with providers that help us run the service:
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
- Anthropic — AI content generation.
- Razorpay — payment processing.
- Vercel — application hosting.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
We do not sell your personal data.
Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your content at any time, and you may request full account deletion by contacting us.

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), row-level access controls on your data, and industry-standard practices. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
