Your account

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or access it in an automated/abusive way.
• Do not submit unlawful content or content that infringes others' rights.
• Do not resell or redistribute AI outputs as a competing service.

Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans are billed via Razorpay at the prices shown on our pricing page.
• Free accounts include a limited number of AI credits.
• Prices and features may change; we will give notice of material changes.

Refunds

If you experience a billing error or a problem with a purchase, contact us within 7 days and we will review your request in good faith. Except where required by law, fees for services already delivered are non-refundable.

Your content & ownership

You own the content you create. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the service (including sending it to our AI provider to generate the output you request). AI-generated output is provided to you to use as you see fit; you are responsible for reviewing it for accuracy.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is not professional career, legal, or financial advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowthResume will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
